Welcome to www.ecoflowerpots.com. We are committed to providing you with high-quality recycled plastic flower pots and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, our Return and Exchange Policy will help you deal with any issues.

1. Return Policy
   ●Return Period: You can apply for a return within 30 days from the date you received the product. Requests after 30 days will not be entertained.
   ●Return Conditions: The product must be in original condition, including unused, undamaged and with complete packaging and labels. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions.
   ●Return Application: If you need to return a product, please contact our customer service team by email with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return address and further instructions.
2. Exchange Policy
   ●Exchange Period: You can apply for an exchange within 30 days from the date you received the product.
   ●Exchange Conditions: Same as the Return Policy, the exchanged product must be in original condition, unused and intact.
   ● Request a replacement: Please also contact our customer service team by email, provide your order number, the product you want to exchange and related information, and we will guide you through the exchange process.
3. Return shipping
   ● Return shipping: If the return conditions are met, the return shipping cost is borne by the customer. We recommend that you use a tracked mailing service, as we are not responsible for returns lost during transportation.
   ● Exchange shipping: If the exchange is caused by the wrong product sent by us, such as the wrong model or color, the shipping cost will be borne by us. Otherwise, the shipping cost of the exchange will be borne by the customer.
4. Refund processing
   ● After the return is reviewed and approved, the refund will be refunded to your original payment method within 5 working days. Please note that bank processing time may vary.
